How FRF Serves Fondren
FRF serves Fondren as an advocate, convener, and hands-on community partner. From addressing everyday concerns to advancing long-term priorities, we work with residents, businesses, public officials, and other organizations to turn community needs into action. On any given week, that work may include:
Work with city departments and other partners to address infrastructure, maintenance, safety, and quality-of-life concerns.
Represent Fondren’s interests with local, state, and federal officials.
Convene residents, businesses, property owners, and community partners around shared needs and opportunities.
Advance major initiatives—from Fondren Forward and Eubanks Creek to streetscape improvements and thoughtful development.
Manage the Fondren Business Improvement District and oversee the programs and services it provides.
Steward The Cedars as a historic landmark, community gathering place, and event venue.
Have a question, concern, or idea for Fondren? Executive Director Doug Boone welcomes the conversation. Reach him at doug@fondren.org.
