The fifth annual Fondren Bottle Tree Garden Tour celebrated what happens when a community opens its garden gates. Neighbors welcomed visitors and plant lovers into their personal gardens, shared the creativity, care, and character that make each space—and Fondren itself—distinctive.

Symphony at Sunset

Symphony at Sunset brings the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra to the grounds of The Cedars for an unforgettable evening of music under the stars. Guests gather around beautifully appointed tables with food, drinks, and friends as the orchestra performs against the backdrop of one of Fondren’s most historic settings.
This signature FRF event celebrates the arts and community, showcases the special sense of place that makes Fondren distinctive, and honors a Fondrenite who has made a lasting impact on our neighborhood.
Fondren Unwrapped & Holiday Parade

Fondren Unwrapped brings three days of holiday shopping, dining, entertainment, and neighborhood cheer to Fondren. Local merchants welcome shoppers with festive displays, special offerings, and seasonal experiences, while Fondren’s restaurants and gathering places give friends and families plenty of reasons to make a day—or an evening—of it. More than a shopping event, Unwrapped celebrates the independent businesses and community spirit that make Fondren distinctive.
The celebration continues Friday evening with the Fondren Holiday Parade, bringing neighbors, businesses, schools, and community groups together along the streets of Fondren.
